Responsibilities and Duties

• Able to execute all levels of testing (System, Integration, and Regression).
• Detect & track software defects.
• Provide timely solutions.
• Provide support & documentation.
• Review & analyze system specifications.
• Execute test cases (automated or manual) and analyze results.
• Create logs to document testing phases and defects.
• Report bugs and errors to development teams.
• Help troubleshoot issues.
• Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in project management and QA methodology.
• Ability to document and troubleshoot errors.
• Working knowledge of test management software.
