General Ledger Group


To create General Ledger Group in Radix, first select the desired company.


1. Go to Masters > Accounts > General Ledger Groups.


2. General Ledger Group entry form will open. Enter details such as:

Code - Enter the Code of the General Ledger Group you want to create.

Code - This field will be auto-generated. However, if you want you can change it.

Name - Enter the complete name of the General Ledger Group you want to create.

Sub Group of - Press F4 button, list of GL Groups will be displayed. Select the group under which you want to create this General Ledger Group.

Ordinal - This field will be auto-generated. It displays the ordinal number.

Status - Always tick here, if you want this General Ledger Group to be active.

Include in Zoom - Tick here, if you want to see the effect of this General Ledger Group in Accounts Zoom.


You can enter the fields you want and leave rest of the fields blank and proceed.


3. Once all the details have been entered, click on Save button. Your General Ledger Group will be created.


4. New button will be activated. To create another General Ledger Group, click on New button and start again with step 3.
